Bob Ball is a voice actor who does the introduction to My Brother, My Brother and Me. The introduction first appeared at the beginning of Episode 18. In some transcripts and quotes he is listed simply as "announcer". He re-recorded the audio for the disclaimer in Episode 542, since the previous version included a clip of "(It's A) Departure", and the original master was lost.[1][2]
Bob is a knight of the realm and defender of the crown, and formerly read emails on the Joystiq Podcast.
The boys' father, Clint McElroy, often reads the disclaimer during live shows, as well as in the Seeso series, during which he was dressed as a variety of characters, including a British cop, a train conductor, and a fisherman.
