- Huntington is home to Harmony House, an organization for helping people experiencing homelessness, which the brothers have frequently donated to. Justin's wife Dr. Sydnee McElroy volunteers there as well. This is also where Gary the Custodian works, as mentioned in MBMBaM Episode 674.
- The McElroy brothers threw an unauthorized parade in Huntington once, for Episode 3 of their TV Show, to promote Tarantulas to the people.
- Sydnee cancelled an authorized parade in Huntington once.[4]
- Huntington was lovingly mentioned in Lin-Manuel Miranda's cover of We Didn't Start the Fire.
