Patrick Rothfuss is an author. He appeared as a Guestspert on MBMBaM in Episode 311. He also played a Sherlock Holmes on the second episode of The Adventure Zone: Elementary, making him the only non-McElroy to appear on both flagship McElroy podcasts.
Patrick Rothfuss is best known as the author of the critically-acclaimed fantasy novels The Name of the Wind and The Wise Man's Fear. Together, they make up the first two of a proposed three novels in Rothfuss' Kingkiller Chronicle, which as of 2018 was being adapted into a movie and television series with Lin-Manuel Miranda creating the music and executive producing.
