Rishi is a listener who submitted a message for the JumboTron in Episode 304: Chicken Soup for Boys. Their submission was a quote from their friend Avital's LiveJournal entry regarding a Coldplay concert she attended in 2003. This was called "the meanest thing anybody's ever done on this show", and sparked a live reading of the LiveJournal entry by John Hodgman in Episode 307: Face 2 Face: Would You Rather DeVito?
In Episode 356: Face 2 Face: My Donut-Loving Boys, a second JumboTron message was made by Rishi announcing the launch of coldplaycrybaby.com, a website dedicated to the LiveJournal entry and the humiliation Rishi induced with their JumboTron message.
In Episode 407: Morton Shart's Joke School, Rishi submitted another JumboTron message, reminding the world about coldplaycrybaby.com, calling the LiveJournal entry a prayer, and this message their pilgrimage.

Coldplay comes on. And they had started up with In My Place, and I saw him, on stage, and he was singing out to heaven, I swear. I started crying. I dredged everything up, and everything melted away, and it was me and the words. It sounds dumb, but I was momentarily at peace myself. Coldplay is so awesome. And all I needed was Yellow.
