With Special Guest is a segment devised and run by Travis, in which he gives his brothers a host of Saturday Night Live and the musical guest they are introducing, and makes his brothers guess the tone and delivery of their introduction. It was first introduced in Episode 586 and has become a live show staple, appearing in most live shows starting with Episode 657. A list of episodes featuring With Special Guest can be found here.
It should not be confused with episodes containing actual guests (Guestsperts), nor with the one-off segment Justin did in Episode 662 called Simply the Guest.
